Services and Estimates

Estimates describe the proposed services and scope based on the information available and the condition of the property. Changes to the scope or conditions may require a revised estimate, which will be discussed with you before additional work is performed.

Scheduling and Weather

Appointments depend on availability, property access, and suitable weather. We may need to reschedule when weather or other conditions prevent safe or effective work. We will communicate scheduling changes with you.

Customer Responsibilities

Please provide safe access to the property and the areas being cleaned. Move vehicles, furniture, and other items that may obstruct service, and inform us of fragile surfaces, existing damage, leaks, or other concerns before work begins. Secure pets and follow any preparation instructions provided for your service.

Payment

Pricing and payment arrangements are stated in your accepted estimate or invoice. You are responsible for payment for the agreed services according to those terms. Any changes to services or charges will be communicated to you.

Satisfaction

If you have a concern about completed work, please contact us promptly so we can review it and discuss an appropriate resolution. Cleaning results may vary depending on surface condition, age, staining, and pre-existing damage.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Pure View Exterior Cleaning LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or services. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, undisclosed defects, or conditions outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or affects rights protected by applicable law.

SMS Terms

The program is named “Pure View Exterior Cleaning quote and service alerts”.

By opting in on our quote form, you agree to receive text messages from Pure View Exterior Cleaning LLC about your quote, scheduling, service reminders, and review requests and, if you separately opted in, promotional offers.
