Residential Pressure Washing in Tri-Cities, WA

Professional soft washing and pressure cleaning for your home’s exterior surfaces. Safe for siding, effective on concrete, and built to protect your biggest investment.

Professional House Washing & Pressure Cleaning

Your home’s exterior takes a beating. Between the Tri-Cities’ dusty summers, seasonal pollen, irrigation overspray, and organic growth that creeps in on north-facing walls and shaded areas, it doesn’t take long for siding, driveways, and patios to start looking tired.

Pure View provides professional residential pressure washing and soft washing services for homeowners across Kennewick, Richland, Pasco, and West Richland. We run dedicated pressure washing trailers equipped with professional-grade, high-flow machines, including 10-gallon-per-minute units that deliver the rinsing power and efficiency needed for residential work. We clean every exterior surface on your property, from the siding all the way down to the driveway, using the right method for each material.

The difference is visible the moment we’re done. Your home looks cleaner, brighter, and better maintained — and you didn’t have to spend a weekend doing it yourself.

What We Clean

Our residential pressure washing service covers the full exterior of your home and property. We regularly clean house siding (vinyl, hardie board, stucco, wood, brick, and stone), driveways and garage floors, patios, porches, and entryways, decks and deck rails, fences, walkways and sidewalks, retaining walls, and outdoor living areas.

For concrete surfaces like driveways and patios, we use commercial surface cleaners that deliver consistent, streak-free results across the full surface. No “tiger striping” or uneven lines that happen when someone pressure washes with a wand alone.

We also handle pre-paint preparation, pre-sale curb appeal cleaning, and seasonal deep cleans for homeowners who want to reset their property’s appearance before summer entertaining or the holiday season.

Soft Washing vs. Pressure Washing: Why It Matters for Your Home

This is probably the most important thing to understand about residential exterior cleaning: not every surface on your home should be pressure washed. Using too much pressure on the wrong surface can crack siding, drive water behind walls, strip paint, damage wood grain, and void manufacturer warranties.

Pure View uses a soft wash approach for your home’s siding and any painted or delicate surfaces. Instead of relying on high pressure, soft washing uses low pressure and an extremely high flow rate from a large buffer tank, combined with professional-grade cleaning solutions. It’s much gentler on surfaces, and it honestly does a better job in most situations.

For hard surfaces like concrete driveways, brick patios, and stone walkways, we use full-pressure washing with surface cleaning equipment for consistent results.

Our team is trained in both methods and we are always extremely careful not to damage your property.

Frequently Asked Questions

Pressure washing in a technical sense is using high pressure to aggressively remove debris from surfaces. Most of the time, pressure washing also damages the surface you’re cleaning which is why we primarily use a method called “soft washing.” While this may look similar to pressure washing, it has a very significant difference. Instead of relying on high pressure, softwashing relies on high flow. Soft washing uses low pressure and an extremely high flow rate (requiring a very large buffer tank). This method of cleaning is much gentler on the surfaces you need cleaned and oftentimes does an even better job than pressure washing. Our team is equipped and trained to use both methods and we are always extremely careful not to damage your property!

Pressure washing is NOT safe for all surfaces. This is the exact reason we are trained and equipped to use a process called soft washing. While similar to pressure washing in appearance, soft washing relies on high water flow rather than high water pressure. Our team is trained in pressure washing and soft washing and we know when each method is appropriate. Safety and protection of your property are our highest priorities!

There isn’t a right answer to this question because it depends on many factors. In general, we recommend having your property professionally cleaned at least twice per year. This regular maintenance will keep your property looking amazing and prevent damage and buildup.

There are many situations where we recommend chemicals in our soft washing process. We are trained and experienced in the use of professional grade chemicals and always consider the safety of property, plants, and pets before we use any chemical application.
